• Working on a multi-year £1.5 Billion project.
• Reporting to the Vice President of a Global Development organisation implementing safety strategy for multiple projects.
• Being a significant influence across the EMEA portfolio whilst reporting to the company Vice President.
• Contributing to regular board meetings with senior executive teams for the region and globally.
• Utilising strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
• Devising strategies to ensure that all KPIs for safety standards on major construction projects are met.
• Representing expectations of major clients such as Google and Microsoft.
• Working collaboratively with leading principal contractors ensuring that they are working to less than 0.2 incident rate on multiple high value projects with strong focus on highlighting risks and devising processes for the teams to implement.
• Providing welfare leadership and credibility, introducing an outsourced occupational health company to ensure improvement of workers’ health.
• Introducing ‘Pep Talk’ across the region, enabling improved psychological health including using interactive screens and latest safety technology.
• Placing a strong focus on implementing Human Factors training; influencing behaviours and performance.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies and partners.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
